Winning Best Auto Services is more than receiving a plaque—it’s earning the trust of the people who matter most: our neighbors. We are incredibly honored that AFS Truck & Auto Repair Center was voted Best Auto Services in the Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce Annual Citizen Survey, an award decided by the citizens of Pflugerville, Texas.
Unlike awards based on judges or industry panels, this recognition came directly from local residents. Families, business owners, and drivers throughout Pflugerville chose us because of the service they’ve personally experienced. That makes this recognition one of the most meaningful achievements in our company’s history.
As a locally owned business, we don’t take that trust for granted. Every vehicle that comes through our doors is an opportunity to earn another customer’s confidence.
Receiving the Best Auto Services award didn’t happen overnight. Since opening our automotive division, our mission has remained simple: treat every customer honestly, communicate clearly, and repair vehicles the right way.
We know most people don’t look forward to visiting an auto repair shop. Many have experienced confusing estimates, unnecessary repairs, or poor communication elsewhere. Our goal has always been to change that experience.
Instead of focusing on selling repairs, we focus on educating customers so they can make informed decisions about their vehicles.
One reason many customers continue recommending Renata Automotive is our commitment to transparency.
We believe customers deserve to understand:
Quality repairs should come with confidence.
That’s why we back our retail automotive repairs with a 24-month / 24,000-mile warranty, giving customers peace of mind long after they leave our shop.
We also offer financing options, convenient scheduling, and friendly customer service because taking care of customers means more than just fixing cars.
Many businesses display awards, but this recognition carries special meaning because it reflects the voices of our local community.
The Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce Annual Citizen Survey gives residents the opportunity to recognize businesses that consistently provide outstanding service. Being selected for Best Auto Services means the people who live, work, and drive in Pflugerville chose AFS Truck & Auto Repair Center over every other local repair facility.
For us, that speaks louder than any advertising campaign ever could.
Pflugerville has been an important part of our story from the beginning.
Although we proudly serve customers from Round Rock, Hutto, and surrounding communities, our shop calls Pflugerville home. Every day we have the opportunity to help local families stay safe on the road, assist commuters with reliable transportation, and support small businesses that depend on their vehicles.
Being recognized by the community we serve is incredibly rewarding.
Awards like this belong to more than just our team.
They belong to every customer who trusted us with their vehicle, referred a friend, left a review, or voted for us in the citizen survey.
Your support has allowed our business to grow while staying committed to the same values that earned your trust in the first place.
Our customers tell us they appreciate more than just quality repairs—they appreciate how they’re treated throughout the process.
Whether someone visits us for an oil change, brake repair, diagnostics, suspension work, air conditioning service, or major engine repairs, our goal is always the same:
Provide honest recommendations.
Communicate clearly.
Repair the vehicle correctly.
Treat every customer with respect.
That’s the culture we’ve worked hard to build, and it’s one we intend to continue for many years to come.
Our technicians work on a wide variety of domestic and import vehicles using modern diagnostic equipment and proven repair procedures.
By combining technical expertise with exceptional customer service, we’re able to provide an experience that keeps customers coming back whenever they need automotive repairs.
While this award recognizes our commitment to Pflugerville, we’re proud to serve drivers throughout the surrounding communities as well.
Many of our customers come from nearby Round Rock and Hutto, knowing they’re receiving honest service from a team that values long-term relationships over quick sales.
Winning Best Auto Services is an incredible honor—but it’s also a responsibility. Every customer who visits Renata Automotive deserves the same level of care that earned us this recognition.
We’ll continue investing in our people, our equipment, and our customer experience because awards aren’t our ultimate goal. Helping people with honesty, integrity, and professionalism is.
